Terms of Use

Fluuz is a personal finance management mobile app, developed and maintained by an independent developer. By using Fluuz, you accept the terms described below. They are intentionally written in a simple and readable way.

1. What is Fluuz for?

Fluuz lets you track your income and expenses. It is a personal budgeting tool — it does not perform any banking transactions, does not connect to any bank account, and does not handle real money.

2. Who can use Fluuz?

Fluuz is available to anyone aged 16 or older. By creating an account, you confirm you meet the required age.

3. Available plans: Free and Pro

Fluuz is available in two versions.

4. Pro subscription — payment and cancellation

The Pro plan is subscribed to and managed directly via the App Store (Apple) or the Google Play Store depending on your device. Payment is charged to your store account at the time of purchase confirmation.

• The subscription renews automatically each month at the current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If canceled, Pro access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
• No partial refund is granted for the current month unless required by law.
• Any price change will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

5. Your account

You sign in with your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for the security of your access to these services. If you think your account has been compromised, contact Google or Apple directly, then inform me. I reserve the right to suspend an account in case of abusive use or violation of these terms.

6. Your data is yours

All data you enter in Fluuz (income, expenses, photos, notes) belongs to you. I do not use it for commercial purposes, I do not sell it, and I do not analyze it personally.

7. What you cannot do

Your use of Fluuz must remain personal and honest. It is forbidden to:

• Attempt to hack, bypass, or disrupt the app or its servers
• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Create accounts in an automated way
• Copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content

8. App availability

I do my best to keep Fluuz available at all times, but I am a solo developer — service interruptions may occur (maintenance, bugs, hosting issues). I cannot guarantee 100% continuous availability. In case of a major issue, I will inform you via the app or by email.

9. Data accuracy

Fluuz is a personal tracking tool. The numbers shown depend entirely on what you enter. I am not responsible for input errors or financial decisions made based on the data shown in the app.

10. Intellectual property

The Fluuz app, its name, logo, and design are my property. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use it. Any reproduction or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.

11. App and Terms updates

Fluuz is under continuous development. I may add, modify, or remove features at any time. If these terms change significantly, you will be informed via an in-app notification before they take effect. Continued use of Fluuz after the terms update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Account termination

You can stop using Fluuz and delete your account at any time from the app settings. I may also suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms, after informing you when possible.

13. Limitation of liability

Fluuz is provided "as is", without any warranty. As an independent developer, my liability is limited to the strict minimum allowed by law. I am not responsible for data loss due to force majeure or third-party service failures.
