Fluuz is a personal finance management mobile app, developed and maintained by an independent developer. This policy explains simply and honestly what data is collected, why, and how it is protected.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
Fluuz is developed by Aka Guy Joseph Koffi, an independent developer. You can contact me at any time at: [email protected]. Address: Abidjan, Yopougon, Batim 3.
2. What data is collected?
Here is the full set of data collected depending on how you use the app.
Sign-in with Google or Apple
- Your email address
- Your name
- Your profile photo (if available)
- A unique identifier provided by Google or Apple (I do not have access to your password)
Data entered in the app
- Your income and expenses (amount, date, description, category)
- Automatic operations you configure (subscriptions feature, Pro plan)
- Photos you attach to your operations (Pro plan only)
Technical data (automatic)
- Device type and OS version
- Anonymized error logs
Usage data (analytics)
Fluuz uses Firebase Analytics to understand in an aggregated way how the app is used (screens viewed, general actions). This data is anonymized and is not used to identify you personally.
Payment data (Pro plan)
Payment information is handled exclusively by the App Store or the Google Play Store. I do not have access to your bank or card details.
3. Why this data?
Your financial data and photos are used only to make the app work. They are not analyzed, not resold, and not used for advertising. I have no interest in doing anything else with your data.
4. Who has access to your data?
As a solo developer, I use third-party services to run the app. Your data is not shared with anyone else.
- Firebase and Supabase for storage, analytics, and authentication
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store for Pro subscription management
5. Photos and attachments
Access to photos is requested only when you choose to add an image to an operation. Only the photos you select are uploaded and securely stored on our servers (Pro plan only). They are only accessible by you and are never shared or analyzed. You can delete them at any time from the app.
6. How long is your data kept?
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data (income, expenses, automatic operations, photos, profile information) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Authentication goes through Google and Apple — I never store your password. Photos are stored in a secure space accessible only through your account. I do my best to secure the app, but no system is infallible. If there is an issue, I will inform you directly.
8. Your rights
You can at any time:
- Access your data or request corrections
- Request deletion of your account and all your data
- Export your data (directly from the app if you are Pro, or by email request if you are Free)
9. Changes
If this policy changes in a significant way, I will inform you through an in-app notification before the changes take effect.
